When was the last time you dragged your sorry ass out to see a band that you have never heard. Think about that. Sometimes Facebook, Twitter, Internet... It's good to hear things, but it's no way to actually feel music.

We Were Kings are a band that we were introduced to just over a year ago now, and that first time we heard them blew us away. Since then we've had the pleasure of becoming friends with these guys and realised that their passion lies way beyond the music they write.

They understand the importance of playing live.

They meet. They greet. And they respect everyone that follows them

Evo has worked with many acts, but very few have touched our hearts in the same way that we believe in live music. For us, it's never been about money.

It's never been about getting "likes" on social networking.

It's about the feeling you get in your heart when you feel that first note a band strikes. The note that just... that just does it.
