Pete MacLeod is looking for upcoming singer/songwriters to take part in his new Creation Sessions night, in conjunction with Creation Management.

The first of these monthly nights will be held on 6th September at The Roxy 171, and Pete is looking for interested artists to get in touch.

We caught up with Pete to find out what the night is all about.

I'm looking to set up a night where the song is the main focus. A night where there is an intimate connection with the audience, that gives the audience the chance to really connect with the musicians

It's not an open mic as such, more an intimate gig with an appreciative audience as each artist will get a 30/40 minute slot. This is under the Creation Management brand, and what I'm looking for is to discover artists that could potentially benefit from being involved with Alan (McGee). It's an A&R sort of night, I suppose

On 20th July 2013 we hosted "One Night In Rio", at The Rio Cafe. Seven fantastic artists played and it was the perfect cool down to a hot, hot day. Megan D, Nik Garcia, Sophie Rogers, Martin Livingstone, Christine Bovill, Genesee, CS Buchan and Friends

On the 3rd of March, 2011, we organised an event to raise money for Comic Relief - "Get Your Noses Out". Robert Bowden, Dean Tajwar, Bruce Nicol and Rufus & Ben provided a great night of comedy and music.

Evo4Promotions is based in Glasgow. It was inspired by a love of local bands and good company. We do this for the love of fun, not money.
