Shambles Miller
Regularly appearing on the local circuit, Shambles Miller is a Glasgow-based singer/songwriter or something along those lines (his own words). Sometimes angry, sometimes humorous, always honest.
Best Girl Athlete
Katie Buchan, aka BEST G1RL ATHLETE, has dreams like many other 15 year olds, but talent unlike any other. From Aberdeen, Scotland, Katie's enchanting voice and burgeoning song writing talent is truly remarkable
Not many teenagers care to be in the same room as their parents let alone play music with them. However, Katie is the exact opposite. Katie's father, Charley, has been a pivotal inspiration to her musical career. Growing up watching her father perform in various bands, Katie has always played a part in offering critical comments for her father when he needed an honest opinion about his songs. Charley began writing for himself just over the last few years, anchoring his style in contemporary Scottish folk, and with Katie's involvement has begun to veer towards a more pop direction, whilst firmly retaining that folk element.
With her boundless enthusiasm for creating music and her carefree persona, Katie has won our hearts and Best Girl Athlete demonstrates a unique blend of youthfulness and maturity that is rarely seen in music.
Lewis Semple
Hailing from Dundee via Campbeltown and various other locations en route, Lewis Semple is one of the founding members of The Bob Ross Appreciation Society - a collective of musicians that have no fear in experimenting with their sound and songwriting
Lewis Semple's solo material is awash with lo-fi sounds, a young artist that manages to combine the happy and sad elements of Morrissey and Marr in one voice
With the ability to tell stories through his songs, Lewis is a musician that let's you inside his story and makes you want to find out what the next chapter has in store
Lauren Allan
I am a solo singer, I tend to work with different musicians on different songs and covers. I might look into getting a band in the future though. Over the last few months I have worked with a member from a great band called Alburn who helped me with my instrumentals on my own songs
